Company Party planners like us have seen all kinds of corporate events and parties.
Just as celebrating a holiday, birthday, anniversary, or hosting a family gathering is important to the health and growth of your family; it is equally as important to the well being of your company.
In today’s world it is hard to find quality employees, hard working staff members, and people who you can trust to make a commitment to your business in the manner which you know it requires. When you finally do find the people you need – it is in your best interest to make them feel appreciated.
Maintaining employee relations and encouraging quality extracurricular interaction among staff can produce bonds which will ultimately build your business. Taking the time to pull people aside and saying a heartfelt “Thank You for a Job Well done” has immeasurable effects on company moral, employee loyalty, and the longevity of your company.
Hosting a company event or celebration is a great way to nurture the relationships which keep your company going. Giving back to those who have given their time and commitment to the company encourages people to continue the commitments they have made. It is also a great way to find new people to continue a companies growth.
When your employees talk about the good things your company does for them- it often creates a desire in other people to work for your company!
The bottom line is that creating memories which your staff will remember for years to come will instill a sense of pride which will translate into a commitment to your company which can be attained no other way. Creating memories of a happy workplace creates discussion, interaction, and makes your company a desirable place to work which in turn brings you higher quality workers.

Tents, tables, and chairs are a necessity for summer weddings and events like graduation parties, anniversaries, birthday parties, and family reunions. However, before you place your order for tents, tables, and chairs for your summer event, there are a few things you should know as a renter.
Things to Consider Before Renting Tents, Tables, and Chairs for Summer Events
One of the first things to consider before placing an order for tents, tables, and chairs for your summer event is where your event will take place. Is the venue outside or inside? How many square feet are available for seating? Does the rental hall have any restrictions about setting up equipment in the facility?
The answers to these questions will impact the types of tents, tables, and chairs you will need.
Another obvious factor in determining which tents, tables, and chairs you will be renting is the expected guest count. Be sure to include enough seating for the bridal party, ushers, and unexpected guests at weddings. Most weddings have a few uninvited guests who decide to tag along with someone on the guest list and it would be awkward to have guests standing throughout the entire wedding reception for lack of seating.
If you plan to use clip on table skirting for your summer event, make sure your selected tables are compatible with this type of decoration. You will also need exact tale measurements before selecting tablecloths for your event. It is also helpful to know how many tables will be delivered before making or ordering table centerpieces.
If you are ordering a tent for a special summer event, you should know that event tents come in many different colors. The classic red and white striped event tent may not be what you had in mind for your sunset summer wedding, so be sure to ask your rentals service representative what colors are available for your selected event date.
Be sure to ask your rental provider if the set up and tear down of tents, tables, and chairs is included in the rental contract or if you will be responsible for these duties. You may also want to ask if you are responsible for the cleaning and inspection of tents, tables, and chairs prior to return to the rental facility. Failure to follow your rental agreement may cost you your security deposit or incur extra charges o cover the rental agency’s cost of fulfilling your end of the agreement.
This guide to renting tents, tables, and chairs for your summer wedding or special event is not all-inclusive. It is imperative that you read, understand and follow the renter’s agreement provided by the rental agency to ensure a positive renting experience.

Inflatable games, bounce houses, and slides make a terrific addition to any light-hearted event. Birthday parties for the young or the young at heart, block parties, backyard barbecues, company picnics, family reunions, and festive weddings are all great opportunities to rent inflatable games, bounce houses, and slides.
Inflatable Games
Inflatable games come in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and activities. Inflatable games are available for guests of all ages. Some examples of inflatable games are the inflatable slot machine, inflatable ring toss, inflatable obstacle courses, and inflatable horse races. Inflatable games add whimsy and fun to any gathering.
Bounce Houses
Bounce houses provide hours of fun for kids of all ages. Even the brave adult can enjoy a few minutes of reliving childhood inside a bounce house. Bounce houses come in many themed varieties. Cartoon characters like the Disney Princesses, Sponge Bob, Winnie the Pooh, and Thomas the Tank Engine are favorite additions to any child’s party. Animal themed bounce houses like tigers, Dalmatian puppies, cows, and turtles are a hit at parties with small children. Fantasy themed bounce houses like pirate ships, fire trucks, and dragons are popular party games as well.
Inflatable Slides
Inflatable slides are available in a wide variety of sizes from small enough for toddlers, to three stories high. Inflatable slides also come in wet/dry varieties. These types of inflatable slides provide perfect entertainment for summer events like company picnics, family reunions, and block parties. Even a backyard barbecue can benefit from a little wet inflatable slide fun.
Including Inflatable Games, Bounce Houses, and Slides in Your Festive Wedding
Many couples believe that their wedding should reflect their personal style and individual personalities. For some newlyweds, this means pitching the traditional wedding reception in favor of a more festive theme.
If you are looking for a wedding reception theme with a little spark, try incorporating inflatable games, bounce houses, and inflatable slides in your festive wedding celebration. You can select a casino night theme entitled, “Betting on Love,” or decorate with a carnival décor and let guests pretend they are running away with the circus.
Inflatable Games, Bounce Houses, and Slides as a Summer School Fund Raiser
If you have tried to organize a summer school fundraiser for your public or private school, you know how difficult it can be to come up with an exciting theme that will draw the crowds and the donations. Inflatable games, bounce houses, and slides are a sure bet for any summer school fundraiser.
Including a few wet activities like a wet inflatable slide and a water obstacle course is a great way to cool of little folks baking in the summer heat. You can charge admission for access to the inflatable games, bounce houses, and slides in addition to passing the hat among bystanders. Adding a refreshment stand and a raffle are other ideas to help you raise money for your school during the hot summer months.
Inflatable games, bounce houses, and slides are versatile entertainment for a wide variety of activities. They provide hours of fun for guests of all ages and come in a multitude of themes to match any whimsical themed party.

Sumo Suits… People love these things.
Just yesterday we brought 2 suits and a padded sumo wrestling mat to a local corporate event in Beaverton, Oregon. Like any typical event, we showed up with the suits and the client was thrilled to see us- and even more excited to see the huge padded suits that she had arranged for her co-workers to climb inside.

The sumo game is a great ice breaker for any special event. We have used this game for all kinds of corporate meetings and events as well as for church youth groups, carnivals, and countless other gatherings.

If you are in the process of planning a wedding, anniversary party, conference, large meeting, or other large event, you know how much work event planning can be.
If the details of planning your major event are overwhelming you, or if you are in the beginning phases of event planning, you may want to consider the reasons to hire an event planner.
Why Hire an Event Planner:
Saving Time
Hiring an event planner has several distinct advantages. One of the most obvious advantages to hiring an event planner is that you save time. By placing the details and coordination of event planning into the hands of a professional, you free up your calendar to focus on other issues such as your family or your business.
Saving Money
Hiring an event planner may seem like an extravagant waste of money, but the truth is that an experienced event planner will likely save you money in the end. A professional event planner knows what is a reasonable price for fresh flowers to decorate 25 tables, do you?
An event planner often has important contacts in the event planning circles that will provide discounted rates for large ticket items such as renting a meeting hall, providing catering services, or clean up after the event.
An event planner is familiar with the best deals in town for all the services your event requires. Your event planner may recover his or her fee plus a substantial amount of savings on the total bill for your event.
Greater Enjoyment
Utilizing the services of a professional event planner allows you the freedom to sit back, relax, and become a guest at your own event. An event planner handles all the details of coordinating services during the event and they handle any problems that crop up during the event, often without your knowledge.
For many occasions, such as the wedding of a son or daughter, this benefit of hiring an event planner is reason enough to justify employing an event planner.
Experience Makes a Difference
The experience of a professional event planner shows in the details of any event. Events that utilize an event planner experience fewer problems, greater enjoyment of the guests, and a smoothly running event. Overall, hiring an event planner means a better party, a more elegant wedding, or a hit birthday party.
Hiring an event planner is a wise investment for any major event. An event planner saves you time, saves money, provides a quality experience for you and your guests, and allows you to enjoy your own event.

Weddings, Graduation, Prom and More
Coming up with ideas for spring event planning is a challenge. Selecting the theme for your spring event is one of the first steps in event planning. Here are a few ideas for your spring event planning themes.
Weddings
Spring event planning often involves preparation for weddings. Springtime is bridal season and the event planning process for a spring wedding can be difficult if not started in advance. Services book well in advance and the early planner gets the best openings.
Weddings have a chosen color theme, but you can also incorporate a favorite theme such as hearts and flowers, horses, golfing, or any theme the wedded couple enjoys. Some couples opt to get married on horseback, under a giant picture of Elvis, or on a beachfront with their surf boards.
Graduation
Graduation parties are also a large portion of spring event planning bookings. Many graduation parties opt for a theme that reflects the college or university that the graduate will be attending. For graduates who have chosen not to continue their education, you can select a jailbird theme, celebrating their freedom from the constraints of required education.
Another graduation party theme is a celebration of the graduate coming of age. Decorations can include snapshots of the graduate growing up, favorite mementos from childhood, and special awards and achievements the graduate has received.
Prom
Prom is another major spring event that requires extensive event planning. Prom themes vary from year to year, but most incorporate a romantic theme. City lights, under the sea, celebrity red carpet, movie night, picnic in the park, and a stroll in the garden are all possible prom themes for event planners.
Spring Celebrations
Spring celebrations such as birthday parties, anniversaries, and family reunions all require spring event planning. Themes for these spring celebrations are often light and airy to reflect the break in winter weather. If your spring celebration will be held out of doors, be sure to have an alternate plan for an indoor location in case inclement weather strikes.
Spring celebration themes could include gardening themes such as choosing a particular springtime flower such as a magnolia blossom or combining a variety of spring bulbs and blooms. Another idea for spring celebration themes are the Mardi Gras party, spring camp out, spring fever, rainy days, or rainbows.
Butterfly Parties
Another idea appropriate for spring event planning themes is the butterfly party. As the butterfly emerges from the cocoon after a major transformation, so does nature emerge from the blanket of wintry sleep in the spring. Butterflies are a popular theme for every type of spring event.
Garden Parties
Garden clubs revel in the approach of spring. Garden party event planning is easiest during spring months. Packages containing gardening supplies, flower seeds, and bulbs are terrific door prizes for your spring garden party.
Spring event planning goes more smoothly once you select a theme for your event. These ideas can get your creative process started to make your spring event planning process a success.

Booking casino party rentals is a terrific way to celebrate any occasion. Casino games make great entertainment for party guests of all ages and they keep your guests engaged and entertained. Planning a casino night party is easy with a few fun casino-themed ideas.
Types of Casino Party Rentals
Casino party rentals are available for a wide range of games. You can rent the equipment alone, or opt for hiring dealers for each activity as well. If you forgo the dealers, be sure to provide written instructions for each game to help out your guests.
Your casino party night doesn’t have to include just card games. Oversized inflatable slot machines, miniature dog and horse tracks, dice games, and raffle tickets all ad to the fun of casino party rentals.
Some popular casino party games are blackjack, craps, roulette, bingo, poker, baccarat, Texas Hold ‘Em, race tracks, and slot machines
Other Ideas to Enhance Your Casino Party Rentals
Your casino party can take on a life of its own with a few additional touches. You can turn your Portland or Seattle Casino Night into a memorable event by inviting guests to dress up as the rich and famous, reenact scenes from your favorite James Bond movies, incorporate trivia games, and raffle off a valuable prize such as a date with the most eligible bachelor in the room or a cash pot.
The Riverboat Gambling theme adds a little old world charm to your event. Guests can dress in old fashioned clothing and don sheriff’s stars and plastic six shooters to help keep the peace during the games.
Include a few swooning gals to provide a little distraction while the masked bandit makes off with the gambling pot!
Guests can also add a little mystery to casino night by dressing up in costumes or donning facemasks upon arrival. You can add a spy theme to your casino night and hold a mystery dinner type of activity with amateur actors. You can even print up special money for use during your casino night party for added fun.
Including the Kids with Casino Party Rentals
If your event includes guests under 18, you will need to adjust your casino games to provide age-appropriate entertainment for the little ones. Here are a few ideas to get you started.
Oversized Dice Games
You can create oversized dice with cardboard boxes painted to look like dice. Little party guests will have a blast just rolling these oversized dice around the room, but you can also use them to play real party games.
Children can guess what numbers other players will roll, or they can race to see who rolls a specific number combination first.
Teams can work together to roll the dice across a finish line or you can construct an oversized game board out of doors using washable paint to create a game board on the lawn. Be sure to include lots of prizes for the younger guests.
You can also give each child three chips at the beginning of the party. Choose a code word and instruct guests that they are to try to get other guests to say the code word throughout the night. If a child says the word, they must give up one of their chips. The child with the most chips at the end of the night wins a special prize.
These are all great ideas for a themed party, and provide entertainment for guests of all ages. Everyone likes to win, and casino party rentals ensure every party guest is a winner at your celebration.
